Four Leggeds Unite

Remi likes holiday wear which is stoopid

Ever since I was a kitten, I have been tortured by the Canine my Hoomins unfortunately chose before they adopted me. Her name is Remi, aka RemDawg, and she is very impolite. Today’s picture is of her, but I want to show you another one that confirms how stoopid she really is compared to us cats.

RemDawg gets to ride in the car which I do not

RemDawg and I have, over time, learned how to get along, which basically means this scenario: I tiptoe around her, she ignores me. Other times, she pounces at me, or sniffs me in my private places, which are our not-getting-along moments. Sometimes I sneak her food. Shhhh! Anyway I tell you this because really, Speciez can get along if they try.

On the subject of such sniffing, I have discovered some really good blogs and videos online for this Stressful Time for Pets caused by Indoor Hoomin Time. Stick with my storytelling style for a paragraph or so, and you will see where I am going with this subject.

I really begin to feel not only for cats, but also for all “Four Leggeds,” as someone I would definitely prefer to Remi calls dogs and cats (and maybe some other Speciez). This someone Hoomin Mom found online. She has a great voice, loves to be encouraging, and has never, as far as I can see, chased a cat. I would like her to be my Friend, and feel already that she is, just because Mom keeps watching her over and over again on You Tube while I am sitting on Mom’s lap. This someone is called Pluto the Dog and says she is originally from the Germany Lands, currently lives in the Canada Lands between two different types of treats, and is very small. That would be better than RemDawg, who is quite large-ish and from Alabama Land where as far as I can tell dogs are too big and not very well bred. Dogs from the Germany Lands are naturally better at following rules.

I give all credit to Pluto the Dog for my new knowledge of phraseology like the Germany Lands. Calling places the Alabama Lands or such is based on what I have learned, which in turn shows how much vocabularies (and other things) we can learn in the Stressful Time for Pets aka Indoor Hoomin Time. Maybe if you know some high school kids you could encourage them to learn some new vocabularies during this time, too. My Hoomin mom says it would help them with the SATs and ACTs. She should know as she tutors teens in that stuff and says they could all use some more words and might score higher with these words without paying lots of money to people like her. Good people can also give tips on how to save Money during this time and Mom is a good Hoomin.

Now I would like to come back around to the sniffing of the private places. Pluto the Dog has advised that for the Social Distancing, we should avoid sniffing one another in our private places. I’m really grateful she is spreading that message not only on YouTube but also on other socials like “Instagrams and Facebooks,” as she calls them, although my mom Hoomin counsels me to stay off Facebooks if I don’t want to lose friends. I don’t have very many so I am cautious and heed this advice. It is especially useful in this Stressful Time for Pets, the Indoor Hoomin Time. Please follow this Good Advice. The Badness is infecting others so rapidly and the Hospitals are already bad off.

Here is a different kind of friendly tip: If you want to see even one more four-legged in your daily life, and one who also like Pluto talks on You Tube which I do not, look for Arthur, from the Australia Lands. I just found him today. He’s okay but will need some practice to come up to Pluto’s level or maybe it’s just that Pluto has more natural talent, like my natural talent with words.

Hoomin Mom is sleeping today and hasn’t watched Andrew Cuomo at all which is too bad because he makes me feel better about things even though he can be very serious and tell some sad and scary stories, too. He says we have to know Facts and that he doesn’t go only on Feelers but instead on Scatistics and other number things. (I am not good at numbers. I am Miko, a cat.) I am thinking about all the Four Leggeds in New York and how worried they must be not only for themselves and their canned meals but also for their Hoomins. I’m going to go curl up now and meditate and send good energies to those pets. Also the ones in the Italy Lands who probably like sardines. I like sardines. If the Italy Lands were closer by and not across big watery miles, I would share my tuna in aspic with anchovies. Not half of it, but some.

Now that I have said that, I feel like the Stressful Time for Pets is changing me for the better. What do you think? Are you changing, too?
